We always communicate actively with all relevant personnel to meet the complete needs of our customers, including company culture, competitive advantages, top executives, industry trends etc. This will ensure our full understanding of the customers needs.
2. Job requirement
For each position, we work with the customer to establish the necessary job requirements, and give professional advice based on industry experience.

3. Talent search programs
For each position, as well as the results discussed with our customers, we develop customized search programs to ensure recommendation accuracy.
4. Search candidates and weekly report
One of our biggest advantages lies within the rich resources of potential candidates, including hundreds of candidates for all middle-level positions. These candidates are carefully screened and classified into precise divisions based on experience and medical industry. During the recruitment process weekly conference calls and email conversation directly with our customers can ensure the accuracy of the search direction.
5. Submit resumes and preliminary evaluation report of the candidates
Preliminary discussion with the candidates is conducted and if necessary, Jyton conducts full review. We understand the current situation and the career direction of each candidate and make an accurate evaluation report.
6. To assist arranging interviews and background checks
Jyton coordinates interview arrangements; conducts detailed background investigations, including curriculum vitae reviews and salary information and the evaluation reports of the candidates.
7. Follow-up Service
Depending on customer requirements, we assist customers in negotiating with the candidates, tracking the candidate during probation period and fully understand the company's evaluation parameters for the candidate.
